Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the management and development of consumer loan products thru campaigns or offers, to ensure compliance to key performance metrics and regulatory or credit policies of the Bank.

Specific Competencies

• Develops and maintains product program manuals covering all aspect of each product or service.

• Crafts promos to increase sales and product take-up. • Supervises campaign execution (i.e. call-out team, hiring and training of project hires

• Monitors campaign uptake and recommends changes when necessary to ensure that campaign KPIs and metrics are met.

• Recommends, proposes and develops new product offerings attuned to the everchanging needs of the market.

• Performs risk assessment of Car and Home Loan products (ie. RAQs, AML assessment)

• Supervises campaign execution (i.e. call-out team, hiring and training of project hires, daily monitoring of campaign stats versus KPIs, MIS reports for post mortem).

• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any course
Background with consumer loan product
Knowledgeable with product campaigns
