Position: Product Support Assistant
Job Summary:
Support the respective Product Managers for the growth of the product portfolio from conceptualization, design, development, enhancement, roll-out, post-launch and evaluation against product development process and internal policy. Work closely with all internal and external support partners (branches, IT, compliance, legal, operations, credit, risk, AML) to ensure proper product management including risk and control management. Perform report extraction, generation which will form part of product data analytics for ease in decision making. Responsible for product monitoring, including volume and value, fee income, float income and expenses. Support the roll-out of new products or enhancements including System Interface Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), creation of test scripts and others, as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any Business related field.
- We are open to consider fresh graduates as well.
- Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
