PROGRAMMER ANALYST
Job Summary
- Responsible for the support, maintenance, delivery of enhancements for existing application functionalities and service catalogue requests for application services assigned.
- Provide second-level support for assigned production-related application incidents within established service level requirements and/or coordinate support needed with vendor.
- Minimize the occurrence of application incidents by investigating, analyzing, developing and implementing corrective measures as directed
- Codes programs to support the requirements documented in approved requirements documents and/or technical design documents.
- Performs unit testing verifying test results
- Provide technical support during systems/systems integration testing and user acceptance testing where applicable.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience leading a team
- Programming Languages : Java, Javascript
- Database Technologies : Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Others : KAFKA, Keycloak (RHSSO)
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles
- Client L1/L2 Support and Service Management experience would be an added advantage
- Experience or Knowledge of Banking Domain would be an added advantage
- Knowledgeable on ITIL process would be an added advantage
