Position Title: Payments Officer
Job Summary:
- Responsible for ensuring correct and timely settlement of all outward domestic and foreign telegraphic transfer (TT)/remittances through the appropriate electronic systems in accordance with established policies of the Bank and related BSP regulations including AMLA/KYC.
- Handles the centralized funding and issuance of MT110 Advice of Check of USD foreign demand drafts (USD FXDD). Handles the issuance and funding of third currency foreign demand draft.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Payments Operations, Remittance Operations, or Foreign Exchange Payments within a bank.
- Hands-on experience with SWIFT payment processing and telegraphic transfers.
- Strong knowledge of AMLA/KYC and BSP regulatory requirements.
- Experience in transaction verification, authorization, reconciliation, and operational controls.
- Willingness to work onsite and support business continuity requirements.
