Position Title: Product Manager - Institutional Banking 

Job Summary: 

• Develops and implements marketing programs and strategic alliances with key merchants to drive business growth, meet business targets and protect the product portfolio against competitors’ innovations and campaigns. 
• Is responsible for developing and optimizing the product value proposition to grow the assigned market segment. 
• Ensures that performance monitoring and profitability measures are in place.

Qualifications: 

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a college/university and preferably a graduate of a business course. 
• At least 3 years product management experience, including developing and launching products and marketing programs.
  • Experience in handling any of the following products is a plus:
    • transaction banking: cash management, trade finance, or supply chain
    • consumer loans
    • commercial loans
    • corporate loans 
• Has the ability to work with cross functional teams

Position Title: Product Manager - Consumer Business

Job Summary:

• Responsible for the planning, development, execution, marketing and growth of assigned products. Defines the product vision; works closely with IT, sales, marketing and control units to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction are met while meeting regulatory requirements and addressing identified risks. Oversees other Product Managers and/or Product Assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• With at least 3-5 years of solid work experience in a consumer retail business or any related business with strong background on handling Deposits, Payment, CASA or remittance products or product management.
• With proven experience in guiding individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and staff development skills including the ability to act as a role model within the organization.
• Has experience in coaching, developing action plans, which maximize performance, and providing effective feedback.

Position Title: Product Manager - Branch Banking

Job Summary:

• The commercial deposit Product Manager (PM) shall act as the overall business manager covering the product’s development, commercialization, execution/ implementation, enhancement, servicing, risk mitigation capabilities and profitability. The commercial deposit Product Manager (PM) shall be the main point of contact for any initiatives/changes related to commercial deposit products.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business course
• Knowledgeable in Banking Products and Services, Basic Banking Operations, Market Trends and competitor scan
• Understands market research, statistics and analysis
• Knowledge of development principles
• Good understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements
