Product Manager - Usage

Job Summary

Responsible for the planning, development, execution, marketing and growth of assigned products. Defines the product vision; works closely with IT, sales, marketing and control units to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction are met while meeting regulatory requirements and addressing identified risks. Oversees other Product Managers and/or Product Assistant.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Defines product strategy and roadmap of assigned products. Prepares product financial targets.

 

  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by preparing Product Concepts and Designs, Product Proposals, Service Descriptions and Business Cases for approval.

 

  • Prepares Request for Service Changes (RSC), if project requires system enhancement/development, and coordinate with ITG on the requirements and timelines.
    • Reviews and endorses other required documentation (i.e., Maintenance Forms, RSC Responses, etc.)

 

  • Works closely with Risks, Accounting, Legal and Compliance regarding agreements, documentation requirements and processes.
    • Ensures BSP and other regulatory requirements are met
    • Reviews and customizes agreements depending on the party/ies.

 

  • Liaises with BSD on policy-related requirements and securing committee approvals.
 

 

  • Handles coordination with Risks, Accounting, Legal and Compliance regarding agreements, documentation requirements and processes.
    • Ensures BSP and other regulatory requirements are met
    • Reviews and customizes agreements depending on the party/ies.

 

  • Coordinates with external parties on product development requirements, if necessary.

 

  • Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, and anticipating volume/ count targets.

 

  • Works with distribution channels to ensure product success and market growth. Conducts product training to frontliners and other support units.

 

  • Prepares report on competitive information and market trends.

 

  • Drives product launches in coordination with Marketing.

 

  • Conceptualizes promotional campaigns to help achieve business goals. Defines product marketing communication objectives.

 

  • Works with Marketing on the conceptualization and implementation of communication plans, which include collaterals, PR materials, and events. Ensures that communication materials are updated.

 

  • Handles product performance monitoring and ensures profitability of assigned products. Performs regular management update on product takeup.

 

  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
