Program Manager
Job Summary:
• Spearheads test programs to augment consumer loan portfolio and improve performance quality.
• Approval and Implementation of Car and Home Loan promos and campaigns specific to existing/fully paid CLG borrowers (i.e. Good Repeat Borrower, Good Repeat clients, etc.)
• Development and Implementation of Anti-Attrition Programs (i.e. take-outs and pre-termination)
• Monitoring health indicators (revenue, NPL, provisioning, and risk tags) of test programs
• Cross-selling of other bank products (i.e. Car to Home and vice-versa, insurance, credit cards)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With solid work experience in the consumer lending business or any related business with strong background on portfolio management.
- At least 2 years experience in data analysis and data gathering, specifically for competitor scans and industry trends.
- 2-5 years in data-mining programs is much preferred.
- Experience in spearheading test programs related to augmenting consumer loan portfolio is much preferred
