As a Programmer Analyst, you will work closely with business users, project teams, and fellow developers to analyze requirements, build applications, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing support. You will play a key role throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring applications are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical designs and system solutions.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications and system enhancements.
• Build and support applications using C#/.NET technologies within Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Develop modern and responsive user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
• Create, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support application functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Support system integration, deployment, implementation, and post-production activities.
• Monitor application performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, security, and user experience.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and support procedures.
• Ensure compliance with development standards, information security requirements, change management processes, and SDLC best practices.
• Investigate and resolve production issues within agreed service levels.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members when needed.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and development practices.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in application development and support.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET development using Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Hands-on experience in React.js and TypeScript for front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and performance optimization.
• Experience in system analysis, design, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Good understanding of SDLC, software quality assurance, and secure coding practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business users and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python development.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud technologies.
• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
