Position Title: Facilities Administration Officer

 

Job Summary:

Oversees projects for Head Office, MBC, MTP and selected Centers.  Manages the regular maintenance and administration of Head Office, selected Centers and Data Center equipment and facilities. Handles the distribution of utility charges to Head Office and Center building occupants based on agreed scheme (e.g., area occupied, etc.)

 

Role Exposures:

  • Manage and report status of maintenance and construction projects for Head Office, MBC, MTP and selected Centers
  • Enhance your knowledge in building-related equipment repairs for elevators, central air-conditioning systems, fire protection, plumbing, and others
  • Get to be part of projects for bank facilities and branches

 

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
  • With at least 3 years experience in Property/Facilities Management 
  • With technical expertise and experience in handling maintenance of building equipment (air conditioning etc)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Customer Oriented
