Position Title: Relationship Manager (Batangas)
Job Summary:
Drive the growth and profitability of the Bank’s loan and deposit portfolio by managing end-to-end client relationships—from business development and credit evaluation to deal structuring and portfolio management. In this role, you will deliver tailored financial solutions, including loans, treasury, trade, and transaction banking products, while ensuring strong credit quality, risk management, and compliance. You will build and deepen long-term client partnerships, contributing to sustainable revenue growth and overall portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and check-ins
Monitor client accounts and proactively address potential issues to ensure smooth service delivery
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including prospecting and engaging potential clients
Understand client needs and offer appropriate banking solutions across loans, deposits, trade, and treasury products
Evaluate client creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals with proper financial analysis and structuring
Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals and ensure timely processing of transactions
Manage and monitor assigned portfolio, including performance tracking and early risk identification
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate and complete documentation

Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any related course
With at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in account management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
With strong background in credit evaluation and financial statement analysis
Possesses strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills
With excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and strong active listening ability
Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver business results
