RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Job Summary

 

This position is responsible for managing accreditation, loan availment, and maintenance of end-buyer’s financing tie-up, contract-to-sell, corporate and pocket developers and ensuring compliance to regulatory and credit policies of the Bank.

 

Specific Competencies

 

  • Accredits, establishes, renews and manages developer tie-ups, corporate lines, and licensed brokers.

 

  • Pre-screens accreditation documents as to completeness and sufficiency.

 

  • Presents and defends loan proposals or extensions of developer undertaking to appropriate approving body

 

  • Assist AOs in performing sales related functions such as solicitation of loan applications from agents, brokers and developers to meet the department target

 

  • Attends to developer-related events such as, but not limited to, client calls and site inspection for project accreditation.

 

  • Ensures that titles are submitted to the Bank within the agreed time frame.

 

  • Conducts project inspection, road show presentation to developers, including its brokers and / or agents.

 

  • Liaises with internal and external clients for the submission of documents or perform any process necessary for accreditation and for the settlement of issues and concerns that may arise.

 

  • Coordinates with the developer on tie-up related concerns such as compliance of documents.

 

  • Contributes to the formulation of marketing strategies to meet the targets set by the management.

 

  • Provides feedback on market situations to keep the bank updated on the latest market trends.

 

  • Handles accreditation related inquiries, requests, and concerns.

 

  • Contributes to the enhancement and implementation of loan programs.

 

  • Recommends policy, process, and system improvement of the Department/Division.
