Position Title: Remittance Services Assistant

 

Job Summary:

Investigates various problems regarding the transmission of remittances and pertinent documents such as passbooks, certificates of time deposits, account opening documents; responds to inquiries and tracers from remitters, beneficiaries, foreign branches, subsidiaries, remittance tie-ups, correspondent banks and remittance centers. Attends to customer inquiries and sends data for the remittance feedback/confirmation through the inquiry/feedback system.

 Role Exposure:

  • Exposure to international banking transactions, systems, and infrastructure related to international remittance services.
  • Opportunities to harness & develop personal skills in interpersonal relations, communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Acquire knowledge in AML policies, procedures and other banking regulations related to international banking transactions.

 Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Has good oral and written communication skills
  • With good interpersonal skills
