Position Title: Credit Portfolio Manager
Job Summary:
- Serves as the bridge between business requirements and technology solutions by analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and implementation of systems and process improvements. Ensures that business objectives are translated into effective, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements for new systems, enhancements, and technology initiatives
- Translates business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development and implementation teams.
- Conducts process reviews and gap analyses to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements.
- Collaborates with business units, IT teams, project managers, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Participates in solution design discussions, providing recommendations for scalable and sustainable system improvements.
- Supports system testing activities including test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation of delivered solutions.
- Performs data analysis and prepares reports to support business decisions, performance monitoring, and process optimization initiatives.
- Facilitates workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and manage expectations
- Prepares and maintains comprehensive documentation of business processes, workflows, technical requirements, and system changes.
- Ensures adherence to organizational standards, governance policies, security requirements, and regulatory compliance in all technology implementations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, software development, or technology project delivery.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, system integration, and solution implementation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of data analysis, testing methodologies, and business process improvement frameworks is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
