Position Title: Service Integration Manager
Job Summary: Directly reports to Service Management Division Head. The Service Integration Manager shall be responsible for the management of the service transition lifecycle from early engagement of ITG-SMD resources to closure. He shall drive ITG-SMD units’ vendor software maintenance and licensing agreements review process and vendor performance evaluation.
Role Exposure:

- Serves as the point of contact to other ITG units requesting transition support. Represents SMD in service transitions and readiness to run and/or support new systems or new features to an existing system/application.

- Works closely with ITG stakeholders to monitor progress of project line-ups, timeline and execution

- Identifies critical transition areas of systems and services from delivery to operations. Establishes standards needed to operationalize systems and services.

- Collaborates with the different stakeholders. Develop comprehensive plan that outlines objectives, timelines and resource needed for the engagement of SMD resources to different ITG projects identified as candidates for transition
- Executes engagement plan and mobilize resources per plan. Proactively monitor progress, tracks deliverables, leverage resources effectively, manage deviations and apply corrective actions if needed
- Perform periodic review of resource capacity versus demands from projects and BAU/operations and works closely with the Division Head to come up with the optimal capacity allocation and capacity requirements.
- Performs quality audit for, including but not limited to, the project engagement, service transition, vendor compliance to maintenance agreement. Identify gaps, proposes and executes continuous improvements.
- Ensures operational readiness of the project and supportability.
- Ensures non-functional requirements from application management perspective are in the documents and the systems and tested in coordination with the accountable department head and/or its application lead and assigned resources.
- Enforces ITG-SMD units’ meticulous examination of new and renewals of software maintenance and licensing agreement details focusing on maintenance and support services including SLAs and other essential elements to identify any potential risks or issues.
- Ensures ITG-SMD units’ consistent and effective monitoring of maintenance and licensing agreement executions, vendor performance, SLA breaches and action plans.
- Prepares status report, management presentation decks covering service transition and project engagements updates
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate with experience in Project Management within banking sector
- Proficient in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in PMO functions, including developing and maintaining project plans, preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders, and implementing process and risk management strategies.
- Solid IT background with hands on experience in banking applications, understanding banking process, including specific process
