Sales Officer (Trust Banking Group)

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the marketing, sales and distribution of Trust Banking Group’s Unit Investment Trust Funds (UITFs) with the objective of growing AUM and revenue from existing and new customers. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow market share, customer base, AUM and revenue on target customer segments
  • Execute the channel road map for sustained growth of the UITF business, aligned with plans of the Bank’s customer segment owners
  • Coordinate with the Product Management Department (PMD) to provide the properly curated product suite according to Customer Segment, current events and prevailing market conditions.
  • Develop marketing and sales strategies together with Investment Products Division – Product Management Department (IPD-PMD)
  • Coordinate closely with IPD-PMD to ensure that marketing communication programs are in place for all channels being served.
  • Monitor market trends, and actively takes action on trends, current events, competition and opportunities.
  • Implement necessary channel enhancements / changes / rationalization to optimize business opportunities and to improve customer experience
  • Assist the Head of Channel Management in analyzing customer and business analytics in aide of business development strategies
  • Ensures full compliance to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with hardcore experience in Sales, Financial Services and/or Investment Products
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Preferably licensed UITF personnel
  • Relationship management, Customer service and attentive to detail & time efficient
