Position Title: Service Support Officer

 

Role Exposure:

  • Develop strong interpersonal and customer service skills by building long-term and strategic partnerships with the business units and technical teams
  • Improve your communication and creative thinking skills thru interaction with the different business units/departments
  • Enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills by coming up with the service level agreements & other service reports

 

Job Summary:

  • • Assisting in the preparation of ITG’s service reports 
    • Establish relevant metrics for ITG’s performance tracking
    • Coordination with Learning and Development Division (LDD) in establishing ITG’s training roadmap and its execution
    • Covers staffing related tasks such as managing Onboarding and Offboarding of employees as well as fulfillment of open vacancy of the group in close coordination with the Human Resources Management Group

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Collaborative individual with experience working with various groups
  • Familiarity in Microsoft Office Applications
