Job Summary:

 

  • The Strategic Support Officer provides overall strategic support to various Divisions of the Group - primarily in the areas of data gathering and analytics, management information reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Generates data, leads and analytics to support the strategic objectives of the Group.
  • Provides monthly performance monitoring and analysis in relation to all Cash Management and Trade products with profitability, transaction fees, volume throughput and transaction count targets.
  • Prepares senior management presentation in behalf of Group Head and Division Heads in coordination with different internal units.
  • Monitors all billing and collection related activities for the Group, including coordinating with internal units (Sales Officers, Account Managers Relationship Managers and Branches).

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
  • Excellent communication, oral and written, skills
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and analytical skills, like data visualization and storytelling
