Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Lead for Recruitment Operations will be responsible for the development and implementation of talent acquisition & manpower strategies to support the Bank’s various recruitment requirements. This includes sourcing strategies, employer brand and application of recruiting trends to identify effective and most efficient ways to recruit top talents externally and will also handles selected specialized searches for key positions in the Bank.

Job Requirements:

  • With at least 10 years of experience handling sourcing and/or recruitment functions in a Bank, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, or Technology companies
  • With experience in volume recruiting or corporate recruitment
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable managing senior stakeholders
  • Experience using an ATS is an advantage (SAP Success Factors, Workday, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to connect and expand network to ensure deep bench of talents will be readily available
  • Well-versed handling recruitment platforms like Linkedin and Jobstreet
  • Self-starter and game changer
