Position Title: Transformation Partner

 

Job Summary:
 

  • Leads and supports business transformation initiatives by diagnosing operational challenges, redesigning processes, engaging stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights, and driving implementation of sustainable improvements across the organization.

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

 

    • Lead or support end-to-end transformation projects from problem identification through implementation. 

    • Conduct interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs. 

    • Map, analyze, and redesign business processes. 

    • Develop business cases and recommendations. 

    • Gather and analyze data to support decision-making. 

    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. 

    • Support rollout of new workflows, tools, and operating models. 

    • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs. 

    • Prepare management presentations and reports. 

    • Support change management and adoption activities. 

     

Qualifications:

 

  • Graduate of a relevant degree program. 

    • Experience in transformation, project management, business analysis, or operations. 

    • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. 

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
