Position Title: Transformation Partner
Job Summary:
- Leads and supports business transformation initiatives by diagnosing operational challenges, redesigning processes, engaging stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights, and driving implementation of sustainable improvements across the organization.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead or support end-to-end transformation projects from problem identification through implementation.

Conduct interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.

Map, analyze, and redesign business processes.

Develop business cases and recommendations.

Gather and analyze data to support decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Support rollout of new workflows, tools, and operating models.

Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.

Prepare management presentations and reports.

Support change management and adoption activities.

Qualifications:
-
Graduate of a relevant degree program.
-
Experience in transformation, project management, business analysis, or operations.

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
