Position Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant

 

 

Job Summary:

Provides administrative and logistical assistance in talent acquisition processes for sourcing of talents and applicant processing. Ensures timely, correct and accurate applicant data in the talent acquisition database. 

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Test Administration and Recruitment Support

  • Schedules candidates for pre-employment testing.
  • Administers the pre-employment testing to rank and file candidates and checks results.
  • Encodes and updates pre-employment testing result in the applicant database.
  • Schedules applicants with   Recruitment Officers for HR Interview.
  • Encodes and updates application status in the talent acquisition database as needed.
  • Conducts preliminary screening of applicants, as needed.
  • Manages proper filing administration of pre-employment testing and candidate application documents.

 

Talent Acquisition Administration Support and Data Management

  • Provides administrative support to Talent Acquisition work
  • Ensures administrative efficiencies for all sourcing strategies, e.g. collaterals availability, logistics, processing of payments of sourcing and applicant processing related activities.
  • Encodes relevant applicant information in the talent acquisition database.
  • Supports preparation of timely and accurate management reports as needed.

 

Others

  • Ensures compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Recommends improvement in policies, systems and procedures to ensure effectiveness of operation.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business-related courses, preferably Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration
  • At least 1-2 years working experience doing HR administration roles, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Organizational & Administrative Skills:
      • Excellent attention to detail 
      • Strong time management and multitasking abilities 
      • Capable of handling: 
      • Multiple requisitions and interview schedules
      • Database updates and documentation
