Job Summary:

 

Primarily responsible for Treasury Group’s process improvements, automation requirements and solutions, to ensure timely and effective implementation, support growth, and mitigate risks, without compromising BAU.

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates the requirements of proponent units to create or revise processes intended to improve efficiency, mitigate risks and other significant objectives.
  • Facilitates review of existing process and recommends the appropriate course of action.
  • Proposes new processes or modifications to existing ones in consultation with subject matter experts within and outside of Treasury Group and assists the proponents in obtaining the necessary approvals.
  • Facilitates the development and implementation of automation and other system-related projects in coordination with the proponent units. Provides pertinent inputs on ongoing projects through interviews, research and feedback.
  • Serves as Treasury Group's primary liaison for automation projects, systems, and related matters.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Accountancy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • With at least 3 years of relevant working experience and knowledge in data analysis, project management, automation and process improvement
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Proficient in VBA, Python, R is a plus
  • Preferably with background in using Treasury systems like Bloomberg
  • Creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
