Position Title:  Business Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the IT Risk Management Framework and champion its value across the organization
• Conduct in-depth IT risk assessments to identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and root causes
• Ensure effectiveness of business line policies, processes, and procedures aligned with enterprise standards
• Drive risk mitigation strategies by working closely with stakeholders in developing actionable solutions
• Monitor and report IT risk exposures, emerging risks, and cross-functional impacts to Senior Management
• Prepare and present risk reports to management and board-level committees, highlighting critical risks
• Promote a strong risk-aware culture, including identifying and addressing training needs within the IT Group
• Ensure approved risk mitigation plans are executed and escalate issues that hinder risk management efforts

Role Exposure:

• Cross-functional collaboration with IT, business units, and compliance teams
• Platform to strengthen expertise in risk frameworks, controls, and strategic risk advisory

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree or MBA
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT Risk Management
• Strong understanding of IT business operations and risk frameworks
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT Risk Management Frameworks
• Skilled in identifying process and policy gaps and driving remediation initiatives
• Experience in leading KPI/KRA delivery within an IT Risk environment
• Solid knowledge of BSP Circular No. 1213 (2025)
• Preferably with IT risk experience in a local banking environment
• Willing to work onsite in BGC or Pasay (Monday to Friday)
