Position Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

The position is responsible to own and drive customer acquisition, activation, and usage growth strategies for Retail CASA, Debit Cards and Payments across the Day 0–90 customer lifecycle. Accountable for acquisition, funding, activation, engagement, transaction growth and value realization through acquisition programs, onboarding journeys and omnibus usage campaigns.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive acquisition growth and optimize conversion through cross-functional partnerships.

• Improve onboarding completion, account funding, and first-time transactions.

• Increase debit card, payments, and digital banking usage within the first 90 days.

• Execute portfolio-wide campaigns to drive engagement and transaction growth.

• Leverage data, segmentation, and testing to improve campaign performance.

• Grow deposit balances and strengthen account primacy.

• Ensure compliance and alignment across key stakeholders.
